Chiropractic care
Chiropractic care helps normalize movement of joints, which helps muscles relax, take pressure off of nerves, and decreases inflammation. This can lead to relief from headaches, back pain, nerve pain, and other related conditions. While chiropractors often focus on the spine, I am also trained to help with conditions of the arms, legs, hands and feet. I also use techniques that help muscle relaxation, stretching, and strengthening to help you heal faster. I provide simple exercises that help balance and strengthen affected areas which can provide long term relief and give you back control of your own health.

When Should I get Adjusted?
While being adjusted is good for anyone as it can help maintain good mobility, balance, and nervous system function; it is important to be adjusted when you have Nerve Pain, Muscle Tension, Headaches, and Aggravation with Normal Daily Activities. This might look like having pain while doing simple activities at work, disrupted sleep, pain while walking, and during recreational activities.

You may wonder "can I see a chiropractor if I have been injured?" The answer is yes. Chiropractic and other supportive care can aid in the recovery process. While we do not adjust broken bones, neuromusculoskeletal injuries are treated very well with a combination of chiropractic care, exercise, and other treatments. We often work hand and hand with physical therapy and other treating providers to help patients get the best outcomes.
